5.3 Rules on Voiding Winnings

6.1 Welcome Bonus

mcw offers new members a 100% first-deposit bonus of up to ৳10,000. For example: if someone deposits ৳1,000, they will receive a ৳1,000 bonus and the total balance will be ৳2,000. To withdraw this bonus, the bonus amount must be wagered 10 times — meaning ৳10,000 must be wagered for a ৳1,000 bonus.

6.2 General Bonus Rules

• Bonus funds are not cash; they become withdrawable only after specific conditions are met.
• Multiple bonuses cannot be combined at the same time, unless specifically stated.
• After receiving a bonus, the wagering conditions must be met within the set time limit.
• Unused bonuses may be cancelled if funds are withdrawn from the account.
• mcw reserves the right to cancel a bonus and any associated winnings if bonus abuse is suspected.

6.3 VIP Program

The mcw VIP program has five tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, and Diamond. Weekly cashback benefits are available at each tier. The maximum weekly cashback is 0.3% at Bronze, 0.6% at Silver, 0.9% at Gold, 1.2% at Platinum, and 1.5% at Diamond. Cashback is calculated based on the net loss for the week (total losses minus total winnings).

All gaming activities on the mcw platform are conducted according to specific rules. Sports betting, casino games, and live gaming each have their own applicable rules.

7.1 Betting Activities

• Once a bet is confirmed, it generally cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If a match or event is cancelled, the amount staked on the relevant bet will be refunded.
• Placing bets on the same outcome in one event from multiple accounts is a violation of these terms.

8.1 Account Closure by mcw

An account may be suspended or closed in the following cases:

• If evidence is found of managing multiple accounts.
• If money laundering or other illegal activity is suspected.
• If age verification fails.

8.2 Account Closure by User

You can request account closure at any time by contacting our support team. Any remaining balance can be withdrawn before the account is closed, but bonus funds will be cancelled.
